How far out do I need to book my calligraphy services? All timelines are approximate and are based on current pipeline. Timeline does not include shipping if it is needed.

  • Envelope Addressing: 3-4 weeks

  • Place Cards/Escort Cards: 1-2 weeks

  • Signage: 2-4 weeks

  • Stationery Design: 5-6 months in advance of wedding date

Please note: it is recommended to book calligraphy services at least 3 months prior to event date in order to ensure availability on my calendar and adequate time to order materials.

What if I need my project completed ASAP? Rush orders can be accommodated based on availability. If you need a project completed faster than the timeline outlined above or provided in your custom quote, then a rush fee — 50% of the sub-total -- will be applied to the final total quote/invoice. Contact me today to check for availability.

What types of payment do you accept? I accept ACH transfer, credit/debit card via Stripe / Square / PayPal, and Venmo.

How much does it cost? All prices outlined in this guide are considered to be starting prices and may increase depending on customization requests from the client. Please contact me to discuss your project and to get a custom price quote.
